Contributing & Feedback

How to submit feature requests, pattern contributions, and bug reports to the CORA product team.

Feature requests

Submit when you want new functionality or an enhancement to something existing. Examples: a new block type, a new post type, an integration with a third-party tool, or an improvement to a feature plugin.

Submit via the CORA Feature Request form in Teamwork. Requests are routed to the Feature Requests task list and reviewed at the weekly product team meeting.

Pattern submissions

Submit when you’ve built a reusable block layout that would be useful across multiple CORA sites. Examples: hero layouts, CTA sections, slider configurations, or interactive section patterns.

Submit via the CORA Pattern Submission form in Teamwork. Approved patterns are cleaned up and published to patterns.coracampus.com.

Bug reports

Two ways to report:

  • Userback widget — log in to the affected site and use the Provide Feedback widget. Automatically creates a Teamwork task with a screenshot.
  • Teamwork Bug Report form — for bugs without an active session or when more detail is needed.

Include when reporting:

  • Which site or environment is affected
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Expected vs. actual behavior
  • Browser and device if relevant
  • Screenshots or a Loom recording if possible

How we take action

  • Weekly product team meeting — new submissions reviewed, assigned, and moved to the active sprint
  • Monthly product team meeting — backlog review and future quarterly release planning
  • Sprint cycle — 2-week sprints for x.1–x.9 feature releases, annual cycle for major versions
